Soyoung Lee is the founder and CEO of Saram Entertainment Co., Ltd., an entertainment industry management company based in Seoul, South Korea.

The full-service representation firm evolved from Jaewon Promotion Co, Ltd., which she founded in 2002, and has six divisions including Artists Management, Brand Strategy, Public Relations, Production, Global Talent and Production, and Business Strategy. Saram aims to contribute to the entertainment industry development by discovering and utilizing the infinite energy and potential of content, enhancing individual's potential, and developing all of this into a successful business system.

Ms. Lee and Saram Entertainment represent leading actors in such notable international productions as the #1 Netflix global phenomenon "Squid Game," acclaimed Apple TV+ series "Pachinko," the Academy Award®-winning motion picture "Minari" and the upcoming Netflix series "XO, Kitty," the spin-off of the streamer's highly successful "To All the Boys I've Loved Before."

In addition to running Saram Entertainment and representing clients, Ms. Lee has served as a guest professor at the Korean Film Academy, earned the 2020 Donga Ilbo National Empathy Campaign grand prize and the 2020 JoongAng grand prize for innovative brand management, and hosted the 100th anniversary seminar celebrating Korean film.
