Txampi Diz

CMO at Balmain

After wrapping up his journalism and advertising studies in Madrid, Txampi Diz moved to Paris in the late ‘90s, to begin working with fashion’s first digital magazine, overseeing online video coverage from fashion weeks around the globe. In 2001, he began working with KCD, rising steadily within the ranks to become senior vice president and managing director of KCD Paris, as well as one of the company’s lead partners and a member of the KCD international board of directors.

In 2017, he accepted Balmain’s offer to join the historic house as its first chief marketing officer. In that position, he has worked closely with Balmain Creative Director Olivier Rousteing, ensuring that the designer’s transformative and inclusive vision for the 75-year-old house is reflected in an often unorthodox marketing and communication strategy that emphasizes entertainment and excitement, while never shying away from pushing each and every envelope.
