Chris Xue is the COO & Co-Founder of Novelship, APAC’s fastest growing authentication marketplace for sneakers, apparel and collectibles. In 2018, Chris combined his decade-long obsession with sneakers and NBA with CEO Richard's love for streetwear to launch Novelship. The business was borne out of their own pain from being cheated with fakes, thus setting them on the mission to curate Asia’s largest collection of in-demand sneakers and collectibles, and deliver them to users through an exceptional customer experience.
Today, Novelship has expanded across 7 markets in APAC, grew 80x in GMV since 2020 and hosts 1 Million unique monthly visitors to Novelship App and Website. In 2022, the brand took steps towards merging the physical with digital worlds by first accepting crypto payments, and soon after supporting crypto payouts. Digital goods trading is a logical next step. Novelship Is currently working on a few upcoming phygital collabs. Stay tuned.
